World Series of Video Games Gets PWNED

Surprise, surprise, the sporting league based on an activity that’s not really a sport, The World Series of Video Games has shut down. According to the organizers of the tournaments, the board of Games Media Properties, WSVG events just weren’t making enough money.

We must protest, as that doesn’t make any sense! Why would someone pay to see a team like the Lakers or the Cleveland Cavaliers perform incredible acts of athleticism when they could pay a lot less to watch geeks who make James Carville look sexy, play videogames? This world’s simply got its priorities backwards, we guess.
