Would you want a Nintendo Vs. Capcom?

So... Capcom's characters have crossed over with many other ones from various companies such as Marvel, SNK, Namco, Tatsunoko, and now in the works... with Sega. So what would you imagine with Capcom's characters ever came to a crossover with Nintendo's?

So think about it.. Do you wonder what would it be like if Nintendo's famous Italian plumber ever came to a face off against one of Capcom's greatest fighters, Ryu?

That sounds really, really... displeasing. I like Capcom and I like Nintendo. However I don't know how well a Nintendo vs. Capcom would work. I can't see Mario and company in a 1 on 1 fighter like Street Fighter and Mortal Kombat. The mere thought just seems... unnatural.

Even then if they made it like Super Smash Brothers it would be wrong to see Street Fighter and Mortal Kombat characters fighting like how they do in Smash Bros. I'm afraid, as cool as it would be, I just don't see how it would work in a way that would seem "normal."
 
Uh.. DYL? Mortal Kombat isn't from Capcom. Unless you're saying.... Imagine how a Mortal Kombat game would look fighting in a Smash Bros. based way.

Like Street Fighter and Mortal Kombat have the same fighting style as Soul Calibur and I'm just basically saying that it would be weird seeing Mario and the others fight in that way. Then again they had Link fight like that in Soul Calibur 2, but I still believe it would be very odd to see.

I'm not going to lie, it's hard to make what I'm talking about make sense.

But, it wouldn't be SSB styled, it would be like all of the other "Capcom vs whatever" games. Just with Nintendo characters this time. What's so hard to understand about that.
 
I know. That's what I'm saying. A one on one match with a health bar in a Street Fighter type fighting match, would just look really weird using Nintendo characters. That's my point. I can't see Nintendo characters fighting in that way. It just seems weird since Smash Bros brought a new fighting style while using Nintendo characters.

To make this way easier. Nintendo characters would look abnormal fighting in this style of a fighting game.

No, there's nothing unnatural or offsetting about it. Hell, some of the characters were made for fighting games. Imagine Mario vs Ryu, Ganondorf vs Akuma or Sigma, Samus vs Megaman, Ridley vs Firebrand, Strider Hiryu vs Sheik, Zangief vs Bowser, just to name a few.

That's agreeable, if it doesn't have the mechanics like the Super Smash Bros. series, then it just isn't a Nintendo-glittered title.
This is what is easily telling us that Namco Bandai can easily have more control over the new title.
