read on reddit nice! :

It's a native PC recompilation project aiming to bring the Xenoblade Chronicles series to Windows, starting with Xenoblade Chronicles: Definitive Edition.

Current Development Progress

The project isn't just in the planning stages. He's already developed a significant portion of the recompilation pipeline and native Windows implementation.

Some milestones include:

  • Static ARM64 recompilation of the game's executable modules into native PC code.
  • A dedicated native Windows runtime under active development.
  • A native Vulkan graphics implementation.
  • Working title screen rendering and menu navigation.
  • Save file detection and loading.
  • Reaching Colony 9 and rendering in-game environments, characters, and HUD elements.
  • Ongoing work replacing transitional Suyu components with native implementations.
The ultimate goal is a fully native Windows implementation that doesn't require an emulator during gameplay.

There's another one, specific for the Definitive edition version:

Indeed AI helps the pc recompiling process a lot. Nintendo switch and switch 2 games built for Arm64 cpu and not x64 cpus thus that must also be translated along with gazillion of other things in order for it to run natively on majority of desktop pcs.

Nice, this is the thing AI is needed for, to assist people in speeding up projects.

Indeed and it won't require any Ram and GPU hogging that's causing the current Rammageddon.
