Yoichi Wada resigns from Square Enix

They shouldn't have released it then. :P And how? They already lost the money. They can't lose anymore from the failure.
 
Here's the summary:

SE has been rehashing Final Fantasy over and over. It has also been working on the PS4 ports of future (and maybe current) titles.

Think of it this way.

Guy A was selling a laptop for $100. Guy B bought it knowing he could resell it for $300, making a profit of $200. Problem is the laptop had some major defects that would take $175 to repair.
Should he dump it away and lose $100 or repair it and make a profit of $25?
