Will there be one? I hope so, the original two were great, although I'd prefer it if the inevitable Wii/Project Cafe one was by Nintendo and not Artoon.

However, it mentions Yoshi's Island in a reel of demoed SNES/NES 3D titles. Maybe this will be included in the so-called "3D Classics"?

I have the feeling that every other post in this thread will have something to do with Baby Bowser in 3D.

But seriously, if they do make another sequel, I'd like it if they could try just a bit harder with the music than in DS.

I mean, most songs were good, but that castle theme? It doesn't work. The original one was much better.
 
I agree with all you guys.That's the game i want most for them to announce at e3.I dislike artoon.Yoshi's island DS was a great game,but everything was worse than the original one(levels,no items,enemies,bosses,story),even the graphics were worse.SMW2:Yoshi's Island is my second favorite game and i really hope there will be a sequel without artoon involved.
 
I'd buy it.... No, I'd pre-order it. It'd be great to see, and use the 3DS's capabilities.

May I ask what you want to see? Me personally: I know it wouldn't feel like Yoshi's Island without them but no babies. I get sick of their screaming after a while.

I dunno why, but I feel like i read somewhere that Yoshi Island is one of the confirmed 3D classics
