You Can chose a Superpower but the person to reply has to choose a side effect (Game)

Why is this closed? This is a neat idea! The side effect for the Flash is that you can only run for 30 seconds and take a 5 minute cooldown before being able to run fast again!

My power is the Faerie of Frozen Flame, and before anyone decides a side effect, I already have one from a long time ago: I can use Fire & Ice for 90 seconds, but have to take at least a split second breath to avoid death!
