Everyone should really understand this: When people post videos on the websites like this, y'all need to start supporting those creators, because smaller channels are getting brutalized in the algorithm. Getting more views is harder now than ever. In August, they changed how views are counted, so the small channels are buried. So, if you like Gaming Latest's channel, SUBSCRIBE to the channel, LIKE the video(s), COMMENT on the video(s), and share the video(s). It's brutal in there.
CarlosX360 has been struggling as a small channel lately. He was consistently getting between 50 to 100 views before the August update, that has been cut in half because of how views are counted. Content creators are complaining about this and have been since the update.
I am saying this because we all need to push each other now more than ever. I am not even talking about myself, I'm talking about the other creators on this website. Eddie doesn't like CarlosX360, but he allows him to have his videos be posted here.
Good luck to those who post videos here, and good luck to the Gaming Latest channel - I do agree with the strategy of having a channel for the website - I commend it.
Oh, and DON'T use shorts unless you know how to keep a user engaged in 30 seconds of the video. Have a clips channel - and drive them to the main channel so they can trust you and go to main channel. YouTube is promoting shorts, yes, and they're also lying that shorts doesn't kill your channel - that is a lie, and will set you backwards for months or years. Trust me.
I think we should open a Twitch channel since we are more gaming forum
I'm not setup yet for constant streaming, might be soon though for Stardew valley gameplay.
Just keep in mind that 80% to 90% of twitch is hard left leaning. So, when you do make one, and do gameplay: Politics belongs in pandora's box, got it? If you open that box, expect your "customers" to be a bunch of losers from Hasan Piker's style of camp. Kai Cenat is a cool dude, but his market, his followers are very stupid. They follow him anywhere, even to Golden State Bridge, and drivers drive by Cenat... like I'm just saying becareful how you interact with the website.
