I've heard excess reporting can get accounts banned.

Youtube is slowly gutting itself of features. First community captions, and now this. In a few years it will be no different from any other streaming service

They only use the systems to take advantage of the algorithm for individuals and making a video as if it was for kids would do this same thing anyways.
