Nihon Falcom announced on Thursday that its Ys: Memories Of Celceta game will get a PlayStation 4 release on May 16. The release, titled Ys Celceta no Jukai: Kai, will be a full HD remaster of the game's PlayStation Vita version, have a frame rate of 60 fps, and feature enhanced sound quality.
The physical version of the game will cost 3,980 yen (about US$36), and the digital version will cost 3,500 yen (about US$32). The first physical copies will bundle a reprint of the Ys Kokon Kyoku Shū -Fukkokuban- CD, which features orchestral arrangements of Ys game series music. The CD first shipped with the 25th anniversary edition of the original game.
I hope this gets a western release, I really want to get this series.
