App Data reports say that Zynga's newest title, CityVille, pulled ahead of FarmVille in both daily and monthly active users during the holiday season.
According to the Facebook stat-tracking site, CityVille now 33 percent more monthly active users at 86 million than Farmville. Daily active users are almost even with CityVille at 15 million and FarmVille at 14 million.
Guess those new Facebook game restrictions haven't hurt Zynga as much as we originally thought. Nor has the class action lawsuit about user privacy.
