If it is a religous organization like Church, Religous school, etc who hates porn then the boss, other staff will be unhappy when the boss find out about the worker sexy past.
Plus, it can lead to protesting, and parents withdrawing their kids from the school which would means every worker who works at the school will lose their jobs when most of the religous parents don't want their kids to attend a school with someone with a sexy past.
I think it is best to be honest, and not lie about your past to get a job since some employers might also count your sexy past as work experience, and hire you based on your past if they are not judgemental about sexy pasts.
