Yeah I saw a video of someone playing it and its quite difficult. Definately makes it a lot more interesting as it gives the other players more time to catch up with the top player

It was the throwing knife usually as the last ones was it not? Wouldn't consider that as a big weapon to be honest

Been awhile since I played it, though I'm pretty sure the knife was the starting weapon.

The knives are harder to use so will be nearer to the end always.
Checked here (http://callofduty.wikia.com/wiki/Gun_Game) and it seems to be as well
