If I want to taste more of any food I drink water while some of the food is in my mouth and it breaks it down. Fast food is addictive but not filling.

Big, busy weekend for me. A few sporting events to follow since Chelsea is playing today and we have F1 events on both days. Got quite a bit of Uni work to catch up on too.
