E3 Days Gone Gameplay Demo

When will this game be released? I've seen trailers years ago already. I hope they don't release it near Last of Us 2's release date.
Confirmed for January 22nd 2019, ignoring any further delays. I doubt The Last of Us 2 will be until later that year, if in 2019 at all.
I remember seeing the trailers for it last year at E3 and I was so, so excited to get to play it... then they delayed it. I guess it's better to get it delayed than to release it half done. It just looks like an amazing game to me - if you're into zombies and survival it might be up there with the Dying Light. I'm definitely buying it as soon as it's out.
