Playing video games leaves you pretty vegetative state in terms of physical activity, and plus eating all those snacks while gaming can add up to a lot of calories if you aren't careful. Some studies have even suggested that too much sitting could be as harmful to your health as smoking a pack of cigarettes.
Do you ever exercise to break up some of the sedentary lifestyle of gaming?
Myself, I usually run a mile to a mile and a half three times a week and do a bit of strength training another two days of a week.
I walk around twice a week on shopping days and when its lunchtime and dinner I take around 30mins plus by 8 to 8.30 I'm off for the night till the following day that's like around 11am when I get back on.
Yeah I lift 3 or 4 times a week and go to the gym to play some pick-up, or just shoot around. I don't really like cardio for the sake of cardio though so it has to be fun.
