I've seen people want a redesign with two analogue sticks or whatever they're called and people who seemingly expect one due to various factors.

But does the 3DS really need one? I'm not sure to be honest, I always thought the current 'layout' of the 3DS console worked well as it is.

Anyone agree?

The current model is close to perfect, but a redesign is not a bad thing. All I need is longer battery life, sightly larger screen and make it slimmer.

i would prefer two control sticks (not slide pads), a bigger touch screen, handles like the game cube, and make it more shapped like the original DS

i prefer long battery life like the dsi very long my test was at least 2 days maybe more and to remove those lines at the sides of the top screen (left and right) also if you want another circle pad get the circle pad pro i am tninking of getting it to see what its like

I think it's fine. As all else have mentioned, a longer battery life would be nice. At least I have a third party battery to give me the battery length close to what it should be.

Personally, I see no reason for a 3DS redesign. A longer battery life maybe, but thats it. I've had no troubles playing any of my games on it. If people wish to have a second circle pad, then I would kindly remind them that the circle pad pro was invented to satisfy that desire. Plus spending $20 on an add-on would be much cheaper, and practical than buying an unnecessary revision.
