Everyone hates assholes who ruin games, but even if Valve were to do this, I highly doubt others would join the boat.
It would be like Xbox Lives report feature except it will actually do something when people spam report you because they don't like you.

I don't like this idea very much at all, I'd rather people just rethink their prices before putting them on sale. Quake 1 is ten dollars. So is Blazing Angels Squadrons of WW2. One is incredibly outdated and mainly for nostalgia, one is a still played popular game that has fantastic gameplay and graphics but it's the same price.
