It reminds me a lot of Fantasy Life and Animal Crossing, with a slight touch of Shantae in the overall atmosphere. I like how much emphasis they gave to the dungeon exploring component, which is reminiscent of Tri Force Heroes' gameplay (kind of predictable, considering both have been developed by the same team, GREZZO [same one as Majora's Mask and Ocarina of Time's 3D remakes, too]).
I just can't bring myself to appreciate the overly cartoonish style, though. I like it, but it's just too excessive here. I'm still happy they're trying to go with new IPs, though, and support the 3DS until the end.
