Feeling tired and depressed most of the time

How do you exercise of you barely go out? or you are using machines like treadmill?
I have never been to a gym in my life.
I am not obese so...it's okay for me I suppose. As for the weekdays...I have to walk at least 5 kms or so...in my very large campus. May be that can be considered as a form of exercise :p
 
It's a very large campus...and I have to walk a bit to the bus stop too..and that's average distance.

If that were like that over here, then the bus company would long be bankrupt!
Not that there's any room for such a monster campus here any way. w

Do you mean Japan or India in this case?
People do walk more here exactly because public transportation is so good.

Here in Tokyo you'd use railway transportation as your main way to go from A to B, and then the rest of the journey is always a few minute walking away.
Well, I live 15 minute walk away from my nearest station, but since there's so much stuff along the way, it really becomes a non-issue.
 
If there is something that is making you depressed, I would recommend getting rid of whatever is making you unhappy. The situation will only get worse if you keep the problem around.

1.4 KMS to the nearest bus stop. On an average I walk for almost 5 KMS a day... Thanks to my stupid campus.
