game is more GPU heavy than CPU. As long as you have a good enough CPU and RTX card like the RTX 2070 and 16 GB of RAM, you are good playing it on pc. You currently have an AMD GPU right ? so you just need to get NVIDIA RTX Gpu for best quality ATM. Because on AMD, FSR is not officially supported right now, though you can still run it with AMD GPU, or you can use mod, or wait for SE to patch it. They said they are working on it, for AMD GPU users.
