In case you're wondering, that's the company that owns Kotaku and the likes, who will be sold off to the highest bidder.

So yeah, honestly?

I'm just going to say that this was inevitable. Their behaviour in the past was pretty poor, and it was only a matter of time till someone sued and won.

Hopefully the bankruptcy and sale means Kotaku can recover as a site now, and move on from the garbage clickbait and trolling it seems to engage in as of recent years.

But what do you think?
 
While I'm not particularly fond of them, I am getting increasingly curious as to what will be the fate of Kotaku.
 
Yeah, it's not surprising. Hopefully this sends a message that lying about how much money your business has in a court case isn't tolerated.
