I'm just going to say that this was inevitable. Their behaviour in the past was pretty poor, and it was only a matter of time till someone sued and won.
Hopefully the bankruptcy and sale means Kotaku can recover as a site now, and move on from the garbage clickbait and trolling it seems to engage in as of recent years.
