Wakatteru (わかってる) = I currently understanding (casual).
Wakarimashita (わかりました) = I understood (polite).

Ah I see now, thanks for clarifying those up Suwako. Because Kurt's waifu Riela in Valkyria Chronicles 3 likes saying Wakatteru to Kurt a lot and sometimes Wakarimashita while Kurt uses Wakatta more.

Yes sleeplessness is also a factor. In any event, having a good amount of potassium intake everyday is good for the body.
