Might eventually come in the future, like how there was a 東方風神録 event in Chunithm a few months ago, which allowed player to unlock characters from that game (one of them was Suwako).
But by the time I knew, it was too late. （；＾ω＾）

Momoko Sakura (creator of Chibi Maruko-chan) passed away on 15 August at age 53, the Shueisha Inc. reported 2 days ago.
