GL Store fully open

I am pleased to announce that all items, and a few new ones, are all available in the GL store once more! Please note, some prices have been adjusted, item descriptions adjusted, so be sure to read them before purchase! Most do require PMing me, so be sure to do that upon purchase.

Also one rule that requires everyone to agree to, is rule 15:

15. You can only make up to 5 gaming credit cards purchases a year or $100 worth from the gift cards section of the GL Store, which ever comes first.

This rule change is to enforce that I can't keep paying out lots of high active people and deter those who would spam post the site to gain points.
