Come one, come all! A new member's appeared! Short girl, aged nineteen, lover of all sorts of things (games among them, of course)! Is she enough to catch your eye? Perhaps she's not, but we will see...

Err... I got a bit carried away there. Anyway! I'm new to the forum. Admittedly, I'm not much of a gamer, though whenever I say this and state the games I play I'm often told that's enough, or that I have good taste despite not playing much. Whatever they say, though, I feel way behind in comparison to some of my friends! Still, I probably do partake in the activity more than the average person. Plus with E3 just having happened... that's got me hyped! Always want to get something in it, though... I know I won't... not for years to come.

Well, then. Before this gets too long, I'll cut myself short. Hope to get to know some people here!
 
Well, I'd say what really got me into gaming is the Professor Layton series, a puzzle/adventure game. This being the case, I like puzzle games quite a bit, though there really aren't that many! Being that it is also like a visual novel, Phoenix Wright and Hotel Dusk quickly followed, which also led to finding other slightly similar games like Touch Detective.

Pokemon, of course, has always been a favorite, and perhaps the one game I've played for longest. Been keeping up with the series since Ruby and Sapphire first came out, still a loyal follower! For a long time the only reason I bought handhelds at all was for the Pokemon games, haha, hence why I don't consider myself much of a gamer. 

Now I've recently gotten into JRPGs with the Shin Megami Tensei series, which I absolutely love! Way back when I played Kingdon Hearts, of course, but I never played past 2. Now I'm thinking I should go back to them, though, and maybe finally get around to playing Final Fantasy. My participation in gaming has really spiked as of late; it's a lot of fun!
