How long do you keep your decorations up?

I was just wondering how long do you keep them up? We put ours up around Thanksgiving. Simple figurines & ornaments. I tend to keep them up for a few months. They replace the other knickknacks I have on the shelves.

My hubby won't take them down before January 1st. He says it's bad luck to take the Christmas decorations down before then.

Mine usually come down a few days after New Years.

Usually the first free weekend after the holiday, or at least a few days after new years for Christmas stuff.

Usually the weekend following Christmas but new years at the latest.

We take them down a few days after New Year

I may leave my inner house lights up all throughout January but everything else comes down after the first week of January.
