The Sophos thing on the bottom right might be your problem. Do you have it as an antivirus or browser plugin? It could be blacklisted by your router.

I (and apparently two others) can access the link fine, so it looks like something on your end.

I used Kodi in the past, and it works pretty good for playing full screen video on a large TV or monitor.

Indeed the Sophos "web protection" is the problem. Reading reviews about it, I would definitely disable it.
