Playing L4D 2 with my girlfriend last night on Expert. We died to pretty much every enemy multiple times, but the Tank owned us the hardest.

I think it is yesterday when I was playing Blackshot. I think it was someone using melee and stab me, as I only play melee matchs yesterday.

Today in the second stage of the Sin & Punishment: Star Successor final boss Commander Deko in his monster form when you had to protect Kachi's soul and he was launching the knives. That got me more then once in fact.

Mario Galaxy. I find the Bowser fights on the tiny planets to be hard, especially when he does the spinning punch thing. Other than that the game is easy.

Grand theft auto v, there are always people who want to kill you..especially online!

Usually there tends to be someone who gangs up on you and wants to continue killing you..untill you get bored or restart.

Dozens of times on Chocobo's Dungeon 2. Very frustrating since it warps you back to the town/village and you have to redo all the dungeon again.
