Most of my best sleeping experience has come when I was able to sleep with lights off. This is different for some people as they like sleeping with lights on. Which one do you prefer?

I've never heard of anyone sleeping with the lights on, thats crazy.

I mostly sleep with the lights off. I don't like wasting electricity when I sleep by leaving the lights ON.

I have older style energy saving lightbulbs, but they don't save as much energy as newer style bulbs which use less electricity.

Night light can be helpful for those that struggle to sleep at first attempt.

Yes, my lightbulbs look similar to the picture you posted.
I use that exact one for my normal room lights.
I don't at all. If I'm too weak, I won't even know when I slept off.
It's the only way that I sleep. If I'm not weak even down to my eyes being too weak to stay open, I won't sleep.

If you are struggling to sleep, then exercsing before you sleep should be practiced.
