There was a recent debate regarding this topic..in my office...I didn't participate in that debate at all but honestly drinking should be banned in the countries, that don't need alcohol to keep them alive and warm. That's how I feel and they shouldn't even consider lowering the drinking age.
Here it always been age 18 both alcohol and cigarette. But I think it's a really huge big problem among students here. Because there are lot of people who don't have manner, they smoke everywhere, that's disrespecting. That's also a reason why I hate those thing and those people. They don't care for others, what if the person is sick or get sick. Also those drunk people on street are dangerous what if they commit crimes.
