Read from CBR:

The Street Fighter video game franchise is about to deliver a sonic boom in the live-action world as new movie and TV adaptations of the action-packed series are in development.

Legendary Entertainment has secured the film and TV rights for Street Fighter, with the studio also working with the video game's creator, Capcom, on future projects. Legendary is the same studio that released the 2021 kaiju film Godzilla vs. Kong.

It better top previous attempts. Then again it's a tough concept to get right.

If they could redo that shower scene, it be a heck of an achievement.

Majority Reviewers not liking the movie only 46 on metacritic.

A reviewer did mention Chun Li PLOT shower scene though niiice! lol

"It’s all about keeping us pampered in those fond memories from our pubescent childhoods, including bits that bring back the way us preteen boys ogled the 16-bit version of hypersexualized Chun-Li. She’s played in the movie by the lively and commanding Callina Liang, who enters the frame thighs first and unfortunately plays the only character tasked with a gratuitous slow-motion shower scene."

Maybe try their luck with a new animated movie?
