This looks like a good dock for people who want a bigger screen and keyboard for their smartphone, and tablet because they have poor eye sight, and big fat fingers.
If the screen size is 17 inches or bigger HD screen, I would use the dock to connect to a game console like Vita TV, or Android mini game console like Nvidia Shield TV, and use the dock as a display for my console, and use the keyboard to type text like usernames, website addresses in the browser, and text chat which can be difficult with the controller.
