Well, you should have at least 6 Pokémon with you. Most of them should be at least over 40, and you shall buy some Revives and Full Restores.
Also you'll probably want to have EV trained Pokémon (google it). You should also get some decent moves on your Pokémons and try out some move combinations.

If you don't manage to do it, you can always ask a friend to borrow you some good Pokémon, or get some from the GTS. Also if an event for a good pokemon is available in your country, be sure to use it.

EV trained pokemon is trained against pokemon that gives specific stats (Like rattata gives 1 speed and raticate gives 2), or you can use HP UPs, Carbons, Proteins and other vitamins. Use google if you want to know more about that, because I'm not so good with EV training. Also some pokemon is better for having a lot of speed, while some others would be good in HP.
And I don't remember which stores that have Full Restores, but the ones close to the Elite Four should help. Also, Soul Silver is really easy if you play strategic.

Well, here's a breakdown of your pokemon' types from what you've said:

Psychic/Flying
Water
Electric

Now the elite 4 types
Psychic (with grass, flying, ice, and water dual types)
Poison (with bug, flying, and steel dual types)
Fighting (with Onix (rock/ground))
Dark (with poison, grass, ghost, fire, and flying dual types)
Dragon (with water, flying, rock, and fire dual types)

Now, your three pokemon will do well against the following:
Lugia-grass, bug, fighting, poision
Feraligator-fire, rock, ground
Flaffy- water, flying.

This leaves psychic, dark, ice, steel, ghost, and dragon without something to counter against (not counting Feraligator's dark biting moves or any other non-STAB moves)
Therefore, you should consider investing in a good dark pokemon (Umbreon, Murkrow, Sneasle, Houndoom), an ice pokemon (Sneasle, Piloswine, etc) and a good fire type (Houndoom, Magmar, etc.) Also, evolve your Flaffy. Once you're utilizing all 6 slots in your party and they're all good to go, you'll have a MUCH better chance of getting through. Also, if you don't want one of the above choices, get a Dragonite. Dragon types are only weak to Ice and Dragon (although Dragonite is dual flying so that doesn't help) and you can teach it flamethrower with a TM, so it's a potential fire pokemon as well. Hope this helps!

I haven't played pokemon in years. but soulsilver is pretty much like silver for the GBC, which i did play and beat. When I got to the elite four, I always had 5 pokemon at level 60 at least, and 1 lv 100 for dire situations. Hope this helps!

Electric Type Pokémon Are The Secret Weapon To Beating Lance: All His Pokémon Have the Flying Type! Your Flaffy Could wipe them! You MUST train with your Flaffy!

I respectfully disagree with Tiger here to an extent. It is true that the electric vs. flying is a major benefit in the fight against Lance, but that alone won't beat him...relying on a single Pokemon doesn't work until they're crazy high levels comparably to the opponent. So, Feraligator knows an ice move...that does help, but ONLY if he's moving faster than his grass opponents AND if the ice move is a OHKO on all the grass types (which I'm doubting due to levels). I will support Nick here in that your levels aren't satisfactory for beating the elite four yet. I will disagree with Cobra...at your point in the game there is no way to have such an unbalanced team without serious work, but if you want to put in that work for one of them you might as well do it with all of them. So, your position hasn't changed entirely yet. I agree with the above comment that 3 Pokemon won't be enough to beat the elite four...you NEED to have 6 pokemon with levels at the very LEAST around Lance's levels (for the first time they're all high 40s to level 50) that have varying move types to not only cover each others weaknesses but also exploit each and every one of the types you'll be up against. So, my advice for you would be as follows:

Get Ampharos (Flaffy's evolution) up to around level 50.
Get a fast ice type (sneasle is preferable here) and get it to 50
Get a Houndour and evolve it to Houndoom, get it to level 50.
Get another Pokemon to round out type advantages and get it to level 50.
Stock up on Full Restores and Revives.
Try the elite four. If you get at least to the 3rd fight (Bruno) without fully running out of Pokemon (no healing items) then when you do fall, go through it again, this time using your healing items. You should be able to get through. If you can't make it that far, train some more and try again. If you have any more questions, I'll be glad to help
