All of them can be transfered, but some are "too special" to trade.
 
depends whether you got them by event or illegally, i traded over arceus and darkrai since i got them from events and it transferred fine :)
 
My Arceus from ...damn what game was it? Oh well whatever. He wad legit and he was unable to be transferred. Same with my Darkrai.
