ps4 worth getting yet?

Not having enough games that interest me is usually what stops me from buying a gaming console.  It's not worth it for me to spend the money on a console for only 1-2 games or none at all.  So I've always opted to wait a while to see what games they make for the console and that is why I haven't gotten the PS4 yet.

I think the PS4 is not worth getting now since the Xbox One recently is having a sale for $350, and the Wii U is probably going to be sale during Black Friday, and the rest of the holidays.

Most likely there would be some sales for the PS4 during the holidays, so it would be a better to wait for the PS4 to be on Sale during the holidays, or come with a bundle which include 1 or more game with the console.

I would still hold off on PS4.

I would just get a PC. It would only be a few hundred bucks more
If you build your own Gaming PC, your PCs  price is very close or the same as the PS4, and Xbox One. You can always upgrade more RAM, a better video card when you have more money.

your reason for that is?
That he is crazy or likes COD or Halo too much :D

In all honesty though, my reasoning behind saving up for a PS4 in the near future is because my Xbox 360 is starting to break and therefore I need a new system and it seems pointless buying another X360 at this time.

You could see if any store, online website, or person can fix your Xbox 360 for an affordable price. I think there is a member on GF  called Repair-Xbox-360-PS3 who fixes  broken consoles, but he is no longer active on GF.

Getting the 4GB version of a 360 also called the core, or arcade for $199 lets you install your old hard drive from your old 360 to a new 360 core Arcade.

The 360 could still be  worth it since it still has years of new games, and many old games to keep many gamers entertained. After playing all the good games made for the 360 which may take many years to do, the PS4 will probably of drop to a lower price like $200-300.
