Yea has 24 episode, the pacing is bad tho but the characters are enjoyable. Just don't expect much from the plot.

The plot moves really fast. There's also characters that suddenly shows and suddenly leaves. The main character was referring to some characters that didn't even shows up once or had an info.

Nope, the anime comes first before the game. Also the anime adapted the novel, so it feels like very rushed to the point of 'really bad rush'.
