Here's a bit more about Simpocalypse:
A COMBINATION OF RESOURCE MANAGEMENT AND COMBATS FOR WORLD DOMINATION
The world everyone knew is gone. A player is set in the post-apocalyptic era as one of the lucky survivors, now gathering basic resources to survive and expand the post-apocalyptic settlement.
Random challenges, weather conditions might change players' settlement strategy though time, and some citizens would immediately need to focus more on the maintenance of settlement, to prevent fires, floods, viruses, or other unexpected events that might hit the settlement through time. The combination of great maintenance, resource scavenging, citizens' health, relatively high-rates of happiness, and great ratios on productivity and efficiency, might help to build up a great army of soldiers that will further help expand the territories of players' initial settlement.
Well, as the resources are limited, a territory can become less interesting to stay for longer periods, as without proper resources, the settlement and its citizens might suffer.
CIVILIZATION ADVANCEMENTS WITH MASSIVE RESEARCH TREE UNLOCKS
For settlement expansion, also new buildings, skills, and perks are needed. All those are hidden within the massive Research tree – so players can advance their settlements into the new skies making it more powerful and unique, and also to survive the global expansion!
TIME TRAVEL FEATURES
The game evolves through time and differs from other post-apocalyptic games with a unique feature of Time Lapse, with which players control/optimize their time better by pausing current time states, or speed up on game parts they feel like they need to. Time is stored even when the player is not playing, which can be later used to speed up the game and get back to the best parts!
