After the controversy, did you still end up buying the game or did you leave it? I want to play the campaign but won't buy it until it's very cheap. I'm also interested to see how they deal with the situation - how they re-monetize the game.

It's currently £32.99 on Amazon for anyone interested so went ahead and bought it for myself. I know there are a lot of microtransactions and stuff but the gameplay is pretty good especially for that price.

I enjoyed the campaign somewhat, but it was so EASY. Where's the challenge? Even on the hardest mode, I could make it out with barely a scratch. Mutliplayer is fun, despite all the drama with loot boxes
