The stuff they show on Cartoon Network these days...

I wonder if it'll ever go on to season 20, like the Simpsons did. The show has a massive fanbase, which supports the idea.

Old Spongebob is amazing. Pure uncut amazing. As is Ed, Edd, & Eddy.

Another thing I don't think anyone's brought up is the "bumps" that Cartoon Network has started to implement (short sketches between shows and commercials; Adult Swim does text-based ones and they're where I got the term). I cannot accurately describe one of those without swearing at least a few times. >___>

Regular Show is pretty awesome though. And if anyone's seen Robotomy, that's from the same guy who made SuperJail, which was the goriest show on the face of the planet. So I've been trying to watch that.

You better not be joking about Robotomy, I loved Superjail...

I watched this channel religiously as a kid, and I am deeply ashamed of the crap that is currently on the network.
The only cartoons I like out of this new regime of garbage toons are MAD, Adventure Time, and some episodes of Chowder.

Now, I only tune in to CN everytime [adult swim] comes on. Best block ever with some of the real funny cartoons (like Robot Chicken and Aqua Teen), and then their Saturday anime block is not bad either (but let's lose the Bleach, hrm??)

Some blocks I remember were Toonami, where they showed off the latest anime and action shows like Justice League, Dragonball, Teen Titans, Bobobo, Gundam Seed, etc. That was one of the coolest blocks in the world, but then it got replaced with the crap known as "Miguzi". That's when I lost all attention to the channel in general. Also, The Chuck Jones Show and "24 Hours of Bugs" were amazing blocks.

Some cartoons I remember are Dexter's Laboratory, Powerpuff Girls, Ed, Edd, n Eddy, Mike, Lo, and Ogg, I Am Weasel, Cow and Chicken, Courage, Grim Adventures, Kids Next Door, Foster's, and then others that I can't remember off the top of my head.

Now I just watch Boomerang since CN got so retarded.

I remember the episode where the entire plot was about Chowder finding a place the artist forgot to draw, so he drew his own world there instead. >_> I think that may be a bit excessive.

Chowder is full of bulls***. It wasn't funny before and it's not funny now. Breaking the 4th wall is funny, but the way Chowder does it is not.

Also according to tv law Chowder should be cancelled by now. I don't know if you all will remember this, but there was a show on Nick waaay back when it was good called The Angry Beavers. It was hilarious, but they jumped the shark and made a last episode. However the last episode was pulled off the air and never to be shown because of a part where Daggett says "What do you mean by 'we're cancelled?" Norbert replies, "This is all just a cartoon. None of it is real." They were pulled off because of breaking the fourth wall. And you know what the name of the episode was? Bye Bey Beavers. So they get one episode pulled all because they break the fourth damn wall, but now Chowder does all the motherf***ing time in a stupid sense that isn't even remotly funny just annoying. If anything I demand that Nick show the pulled episode of the Angry Beavers for that one little thing because now it's apparently alowed to break the fourth wall.

It's either that or pull Chowder off the air and never show it again. Same with Flap Jack. From what I've seen they're the same basic show and neither of them are funny. They try too damn hard and fail. Here's a better though take off Cartoon Network. It's gone now it doesn't exist. It's no longer "Cartoon" Network because they have live action stuff. Which is just as bad as most of their crappy cartoons. At this rate cartoons will be no good by the end of 2012.

*Looks at something interesting.* Oh hey that's pretty cool. The 1989 TMNT is coming to Nick Toons. Finally something good. *Think about what they did to DBZ Kai.* Well that show's screwed too.
