The stuff they show on Cartoon Network these days...

I don't get either of these shows on my television, but then again, I don't get Cartoon Network in general, heh (no pay television or whatnot in my house). The MAD show seems kind of funny, but the Regular Show just seems like... a serious case of "WTF is this?". MAD show should probably be put on another channel if you ask me, heh. I dunno though, what time do their usually air?

They come on around 7 P.M. for me. You should probably look it up.

They're getting brave, I like it. I love Regular show. At least they're treading awaya with they're bad shows. I'm sure this little phase won't last however...

The complaints from "concerned parents" will be coming in.

I don't watch that show anymore, its stupid

Which one?

I haven't watched Cartoon network recently enough to have seen all this weird stuff myself. But I'll agree that shows like Courage the Cowardly Dog and Dexter's Laboratory were/are awesome. Tom and Jerry was cool too.

Tom and Jerry is the win! They stil show an hour of it every weekday, methinks.

I'm sorry guys but Chowder, The Marvellous Misadventures of Flapjack and Adventure time with Finn and Jake win.
Although all the older shows are pretty good....

Chowder and Flapjack were both good. Can't say the same about Finn and Jake, though. Also, Flapjack was so damn bizarre. They don't air it anymore.

I actually hate the MAD show, to be honest. Really nothing more than terrible puns, fart jokes, and one awesome Spy vs. Spy per episode. ._.

Regular Show is pretty awesome though. And if anyone's seen Robotomy, that's from the same guy who made SuperJail, which was the goriest show on the face of the planet. So I've been trying to watch that.

I like MAD because of the pop culture and internet culture references. In the sketch "Grey's in Anime", they managed to slip Pedobear in there. He was green. Regular Show is BEYOND awesome. After seeing "Dizzy", I was hooked.

Ed, Edd, and Eddy.

Yes.

On the topic of old cartoons, BLINKY BILL IS THE BOMB:

wat

I miss the old days of Scooby Doo, Dexters Lab, and Johnny Bravo.

Cartoon Network has turned into Live Action shows with very few cartoons network.

It used to be like that, but they toned that down a bit.

That's Nickolodeon you're thinking of.

Nick has turned into the next Disney Channel. Unfunny teen sitcoms with laugh tracks and crappy music videos every ad break? Sounds like Disney Channel to me. Oh, and the new toons suck. A lot.

Oi; Ed, Edd and Eddy!

I loved the episode where they create a city made out of cardboard.

Rolf, Edd and Marie Kanker were my favorite three characters! :]

Rolf was always a good time to see in the episodes, like the one where the boys have to trade a bazillion things to get one item from Rolf:

cartoon network is slowly drifting away...

I do miss the old days of Cartoon Network. I remember when only The Jetsons and The Flintstones and other such cartoons were on Boomerang. The new stuff they have is O.K., but the old cartoons were far better. As for Nickelodeon, the only show I even consider watching on that network anymore is Spongebob.

The old ones, I presume? The new ones are pretty unfunny... the creator left the show after season 3.

I love Spongebob. I just recently watched the movie again a bit ago, still hilarious. Spongebob is sheer genius.

Agreed, 100%.

The part that makes me crack in the movie is when they pull up into the gas station with the sandwhich car, and the owners says "what'll it be, boys? Ketchup or Mustard?". Then they start laughing histerically....makes me laugh every time.

I love the scene in the Goofy Goober Ice Cream Bar where they get drunk off of ice cream. It is amazing.

Spongebob is the sort of cartoon that kids and adults can like (assuming the adults have a good sense of humor). It's just a good cartoon. Some of the newer episodes are rather lacking - especially those following the movie - but I think they're getting better. I want to have my kids watch Spongebob...assuming that I'll be able to play the episodes on our 4-D TV.

@Arcella

"*spongebob wakes up* *looks around* Patrick? Hey wassup buddy!"
