GEEKOM will soon unveil its newest Mini IT13 SFF computer, the world's first Mini PC with a 13th Gen Intel Core i9 processor.

It is the first Mini PC powered by Intel's 13th Gen Core i9 processor. The Mini IT13 will come with either the 13th Gen Intel Core i9-13900H, i7-13700H, or i5-13500H processors. The top dog Core i9-13900H model will feature 14 cores, 20 threads, and a maximum turbo frequency of 5.4GHz, a staggering amount of power for an SFF PC. GEEKOM says, "This powerful mini PC delivers groundbreaking performance for various tasks, including multitasking, gaming, and video editing.

Making things smaller does, and doesn't mean it's better. These things need to be within reason and it costs quite a bit of money.

Possibly those that are new to making use of computers will want to buy it. Don't you think so?

I feel some new computer users may buy an Intel i9 Mini PC to use as a PC since they may want a small size PC to save space, and want to buy a powerful mini PC which is less likely to be too slow to play their favorite PC game series or run newer software in a few years.

I imagine climate change causing the earth to become hotter would make these Mini computers more likely to overheat when doing more hardware intensive tasks like PC gaming unless the cooling system is more powerful, or the Mini PC is used in an air conditioned room with lower room temperatures.

The thing is that I suspect that the new Intel i9 Mini Pc will definitely be for people that are new to using PC to have an experience with it.

An i9 would be overkill for the average person, not to mention not within their cost range.

A lot of new PC users do seem to prefer smaller size computers. I know a lot of people buy All-in-One Pcs like iMacs where the Mac computer is attach to the monitor.

I think people who have difficulty lifting a heavier regular tower size or all-in-one PC would prefer a i9 Mini Pc which they can carry with one hand like game consoles like the Nintendo Wii which is possible for most people to carry with one hand.

I think younger users like young teens who are new to PCs would prefer an Intel i9 Mini PC to edit video files, play more intensive PC games like Grand Theft Auto 5, and to stream their gameplay on Twitch, YouTube, and other streaming sites.

Microsoft needs to step up their ARM game to either match or get close to Apple’s M series processors to compete in the small form factor world.

It’s crazy that my M1 Mac Mini average temperatures are at 32F. I though I had the settings on Celcius at first. Compare that to my Intel Mac Mini that idols at 89F.
