Just saw this fan mod. Someone made a Valkyria Chronicles board game, looks cool.

And The creator of the mod is using the Gunner, Melee and Shield classes from Vc 3. Too bad they are not in VC 4 but you got the new cool Grenadier class in VC 4.

Yes. Though Vc 3 got no grenadier too. But then Vc 3 got that excellent custom classing thing other than the gunner, melee and shield classes, in vc 3 you can combine two different classes and get one new ability/potential specific to that combination, alas vc4 got none of that.

Hmm The Dunkel looks like a cool crossbow weapon to use for Claude's "stealth" missions, and the weapon is only obtainable from the two PLOT dlc from stuff I read.
 
Pretty small install size. And no patch so far. Technically they got a patch for the Japanese version but it's included with the game already on the International version I think.

Cool, some games these days you have to wait near an hour for them to install/update before you can get into it.
 
True. Usually I just play some instant action air to air combat or short Combat Air Patrol mission onboard my F-15c Eagle while waiting lol though now I have the new F/A-18c Hornet and (later) the new F-14 A/B tomcat sims too.

Can't believe they knocked down the tank usage down to one CP, could have finished the prolog in 2 turns if I knew that.

Also I glanced at the gamefaqs board, am I right in believing there is a waifu choice in this game?
 
No waifu choice. People on gamefaqs, they are just "fooling" around.

Yes and the tank can take quite a good number of hits.
 
Either way the hafen is usefull, as the opener and cover like always for vc tanks, and 1 cp usage is great.

Yes! just managed to complete all the main story missions with rank A while keeping everyone at level one on my second run of the game.
 
I got to say, the first skirmish of this game is really easy. I can be it in 2 mins.

Also is it me or is this game's story messed up? At the start they say, they are being pushed back by the imps and things look grim but all of a sudden they are pushing into their territory? Am I crazy or did no one double check this game's story.

Also CM2, how would you describe Kai? :p

Yeah early skirmishes are easy, try the hard level and championship level skirmishes later with all yer elite rangers at level 1.

Nah in chapter 3 when Raz goes on his gun-hoism they will see many imperial troops massing en mass to siegvall line, they are pulling the majority of their troops there for some big battle but then that's just another tactic, things will be looking very-very grim soon. That's the reason why the federation were able to push forward.

The real kai or Raz' girlfriend Kai lol?

Well level one or no them Rangers are still the best of the best lol

Because the Imps wanted you to think that way. Don't worry the empire is sure to win the war if not for a certain someone...

Lol Raz and his butt fetishes. But then Claude is worse he prefers "frontal assault" going north angels 15 from 180 degrees south angels 5 lol
