You can set an alarm.I can't see myself napping on my lunch either. I'm afraid I'd over sleep and be late going back to work.

I just use my phone, and I have alarms for the weekdays when I work and for weekends when I don't.constantly. Plus, I'm afraid that I would fall asleep right about the time my alarm would be going off 'cause it takes me a while to go to sleep.
I intentionally place my charging station across the room so I HAVE to get up and turn my alarm off. Otherwise, it is too easy for me to hit the snooze button.
I did that when I was a teenager.
Once I get out of bed, I'm okay. It's just the act of removing myself from my nice comfy bed that's the hard part.
Oh no I can relate. And it's never the same thing I'm thinking of days in a row either.100% this! I find myself negotiating with myself in the morning. Do I really need to use the bathroom? Can I spare 5 more minutes?

I don't usually wake up early but it happens, I will go for early morning running.I used to wake up at 5AM for a job I would feel sleepy during my shift and tired lol but it helps as you get things ready quicker
