doing my best to wake up at 5am just to make it in time for my job... it sure is tiring, but during that small time of getting ready, I end up doing some chores-- in this way, I don't have to do them this weekend! It helps you become a little productive. (for me that is)
One of my biggest problem is sleeping too late and waking up too early. I usually sleep around 2-3 AM and wake up around 6:30 or 7AM.What do you do when you wake up too early but feel totally rested and it would feel like more work to try and go back to sleep than to just get up? I won't up at 4:00am this morning and decided to just get up. I wonder if I'll feel the crash later on...
