I would love Minecraft on 3DS and Wii U

Can we have a source? I remember a while ago a topic was posted saying Minecraft had no plans of a release for the Wii U or 3DS.

Minecraft developer Mojang has been building bridges to all kinds of platforms for ports of its build-what-you-want hit, but we think we've all been wondering the same thing - when will we be able to construct pixel art of classic gaming sprites using the Wii U GamePad? Judging by Minecraft creator Markus "Notch" Persson's recent tweet stating he was not "aware of any plans" for a Wii U version, the answer is probably not any time soon.
Notch acknowledged that a Wii U version of Minecraft "would make sense," but explained that the "only reason for no current plans is [Mojang has] too much work already."
Yeah I'd like for it to happen but I don't think it will any time soon. Perhaps in the future.

I think the 3DS would be a delightful system to have Minecraft on, whether it's happening or not is a good question to ask, though. It very well might.
There seems to be no evidence to suggest that they are, other than a track record of porting it already to Android, IOS, Xbox 360, and I believe they recently struck a deal to port it to Sony systems (I believe, but don't recall for sure, that it includes the PS3 and the PS4, possibly Vita too.) It's certainly not out of the question, but we'd just have to see.

Couldn't help but notice the millions of people who would absolutely disagree, but no, you're right. Anyone who owns a Nintendo system and would like to appreciate the game are definitely wrong and would be better off not having a source of entertainment based off one persons distaste for it. I'm glad you were able to set us straight on that, and to think that any of us could have been another one of the millions of fools who played it, enjoyed it, and spend hours upon hours in it. How silly of us! Thanks for the heads up! I'll make sure to tell Nintendo what you said, they'll certainly let it influence their decisions as a company.

Options for fancy graphics, view distance, ect(accessed by pressing start or select)
Also an option for circle pad and a,b,x,y to change roles.
If you think about it, these controls would be difficult to get used to but easy once you know it. THe 3DS is a perfect console for Minecraft. And it would be the first minecraft on a handheld system, right?
