SILENT HILL!!
I seriously want a 3d silent hill game! How awesome and terrifying would that be?

I think I read somewhere that they were gonna remake silent hill 4: the room- and since its one of the best in the series (number 2 will always be my favorite) I really hope they will. I will buy it.

They're also apparently making a 3ds Layton game called Professor layton and the mask of miracle. (I think thats what it was called) which I also want- as well as the Layton/Ace crossover game.

I mean like more difficult, more dungeons and no pixeling. Better graphics and bring back the houses from the first games.

A main series Pokemon game would be nice. Maybe even 3D remakes of Final Fantasy 5 and 6, like what Square Enix did with 3 and 4 on the original DS. There are rumours about them, but I don't really wanna get my hopes up.

I've only ever played Jurassic Park on the SNES, but hey, that was a reasonable game, freaked me out when I was a wee lil' NintenDan.
