People sue because they feel they have a right to something that isn't actually theirs, same reason why 90% of the people on Welfare choose not to go out and get a job. But that is a heated discussion for another time (albeit some people truly need Welfare support). Good job there with perpetuating idiotic American stereotypes.
The video isn't showing up, but if this is what i think it is...it happened in Reading PA. Which is a place I visit all of the time. In fact the mall that that fountain is in is a mall I visit. If i were in that video i'd lose it and laugh at her. Anyway...that fountain is pretty hard to miss, how she fell in is beyond me.
