Will Cody join Manchester United?

He's off to Liverpool....
I just saw this news update today..

Cody Gakpo will travel to England in order to complete medical tests as new Liverpool player. Contract already agreed and signed. #LFC

Gakpo spoke to Virgil van Dijk when the official bid was submitted - and he's now set to be unveiled as new LFC player.

I am still in pains to read he signed for Liverpool. Like how did that happen?
I mean if we're being honest, Liverpool are in a far better position that United even if they're below them in the table. United have more money but if it's ambition, a player will pick Liverpool every time. This won't change until the Glazers leave the club.

The Glazers leaving is the dream of majority of the fans. I can't wait for the day they will decide to sell the club.

I'm really interested in what's going on with the sale of the club. The buyers should make serious move like how the new Chelsea owner Todd Boehly did.

They will but it will be a more complicated deal due to the amounts in which the Glazers want and they're not in a rush to sell like Abramovich was. This will go on for a while I reckon.

Gutted Liverpool got him. Think he will improve them massively. Could argue an out and out striker is our priority, but feels like we missed out on a great player we easily could have signed.

Yeah, you're right about Abramovich being forced to sell with all that was going with him, Russia and Ukraine.

Seriously, it's going to be how Mane snubbed us joined them years ago. He brought a lot of firing power to their ranks.

Cody Gakpo have played his first match for Liverpool and didn't have much impact in the match but it's too early to start judging him or his performances.
