There's been to much top 5 consoles,games,zelda,mario kirby ect...

Now I want to know your top 5 favorite games series as a whole, no matter the console.

For me it has to be:
  1. The Legend of Zelda
  2. Castlevania
  3. Final Fantasy Tactics
  4. Wars (Famicon,Advance,DS)
  5. Super Smash Brothers
 
1)Persona
2)Rune Factory
3)Pokemon (main series)
4)Pikmin
5)Legend of Zelda
 
1) Portal
2) Kingdom Hearts
3) Pokemon
4) Kid Icarus
5) Legend of Zelda
Granted these aren't exactly my favorite games, just my favorite series.
 
1. Legend of Zelda
2. Mother/Earthbound
3. Super Mario Bros.
4. Pokemon
5. Super Smash Bros.
 
1. Final Fantasy (Final Fantasy VIII being my favourite)
2. Call of Duty (Online multi-player is fun with friends)
3. Gears of War (The story in all games was very well done)
4. Pokémon (Fun games when you got time to kill)
5. Super Mario Bros. (What's not to like?)
 
1.Mario (RPGs are the best)
2.Kirby
3.The Legend of Zelda
4.Pikmin
5.Rayman
 
1) Legend of Zelda- an overall awesome adventure series with great puzzles, gameplay and music
2) Pokemon- fun and filled with a lot of content
3) Super Smash Bros- Nintendo characters fighting each other = fun
4) Donkey Kong Country
5) Ace Attorney

Honorable mentions is the Street Fighter series & Kirby
 
5) Metroid (Though TBH all I've played through are the Primes and Other M)
4) Professor Layton (Mostly because of Unwound Future. =3 )
3) Half-Life/Portal (Technically not the same series but same universe so whatever. Mostly Portal though)
2) The Legend of Zelda
1) Ace Attorney

Honorable mentions are Borderlands and Zero Escape, but since the second entries in those aren't out yet I can't qualify them as series(es).

Kingdom Hearts 4ever!
(Well, it took me long enough to understand EVERYTHING, so I might as well play all the rest of the games.)
 
For ME, it would be:
1. Halo
2. Kid Icarus
3. Blazing Angels
4. Batman (Specifically the Arkham games)
5. Mario Kart
 
1. Super Mario

3. Dragon Quest (mainly the Monsters games)
4. Super Smash Bros.
5. Fable ( I figured I should put at least 1 Non-Nintendo series)
 
my stepmother tried pokemon, and she said it was the most boring thing ever: "All you do is move a little guy around show off weird animals to eachother. Then, one of them sinks into the ground."
Come to think of it, she has a small point, right? What makes it semi-addicting?

My favorite Wii games are the two No More Heroes games and my favorite PS3 games are the two Batman Arkham games, but since its both only two, i wouldnt call that a series.
